To obtain the ultimate in solid ice cubes, here is the MGP series: high-quality machines with polyurethane insulated ice cube deposit, available in two cooling versions, both air (A) and water (W). They offer the possibility of producing from 22 to 100 kg of ice cubes every day, all crystalline, with a compact cooling surface, choosing from seven models the one most suitable for your work. They are ideal for bars, pastry shops and restaurants, for buckets or other applications. The formation of ice cubes occurs through the vaporized water, through steel nozzles, on a copper evaporator which, as it cools, forms ice cubes that a cycle inversion makes fall back into the underlying deposit. External body in stainless steel, except for the 20 kg model (MGP 20) which is coated in ivory-coloured ABS, retractable door for greater accessibility to the ice cream.
