Thanks to the porosity of their structure, they absorb the fats which are calcined by pyrolysis when you lower the cooking hood.

Despite this, residues accumulate in the center of the pebbles and can give off unwanted odors.

To avoid this, it is advisable to replace at least these stones:

• Special use – every season.
