Designed on an HJX base but equipped with a brazier to keep dishes at the right temperature once they have been grilled. This very useful device frees up oven space in the event of a rush of activity.

The ultimate in traditional charcoal cooking and much better than a barbecue, this magnificent JOSPER charcoal oven can easily be installed in a professional kitchen. The JOSPER oven allows continuous charcoal cooking at high temperatures (300-350 °C). It braises, roasts, browns or sears in no time. Suitable for serving 60 to 150 guests.
