Great for peeling and boning, it also allows for very fine slicing. Its 11 cm blade (Damascus blade) in 420 and 431 steel is loaded with chrome and nickel, which reinforces the stainless steel of the knife. Its high-end "Corian" type handle (white laterite rock and acrylic resin) is of excellent shock resistance but also to stains, UV rays and bacteria. Clean with hot water by hand.

The alternation of VG10 steel sheets with a high carbon content (1%) gives a very long cutting life and a very high cutting edge hardness.
