Garcima Ideal enamelled steel paella pan, 100 cm in diameter, professional quality, equipped with 4 reinforced handles. Garcima places great importance on the polishing and riveting of the corrida red handles. These paella dishes are available in polished steel or enameled steel.
From 20 cm to 150 cm with two, four or six handles, these paella pans are heated directly on the gas flame, in the oven or on a wood fire. The GARCIMA la Ideal polished steel paella pans have been manufactured in Valencia since several generations and are available alone or as a kit (burner, tripods, dish and connection) ready to operate.
Instructions for use:
This paella pan has been designed for use on a gas or wood burning flame. Never place your empty paella pan on a direct heat source. Heat your pan slowly. If you are using your pan in the oven, do not 'never expose to temperatures above 250ºC for more than 10 minutes. Use only wooden utensils as these pans (including the handles) become very hot.
After use, soak in warm, slightly soapy water for about 1 hour, then clean and rinse with a flat storage cloth.
