MAINHO Woks are perfect for oriental cuisine in modern professional kitchens.
These materials are entirely made of 2.5 mm 18/10 stainless steel. The body of the W-100 wok is reinforced by internal uprights.
The W wok base consists of a stainless steel ring placed below the high-performance burners.
It is controlled by an ultra-precise thermostatic valve offering a range of heat across the entire surface. The ergonomic controls are made of chrome-plated brass in gold and silver.
Equipped with thermocouple safety and a pilot light for idling, this high-efficiency burner offers a concentric, vertical flame, but above all, one which diffuses the intense heat necessary for this cooking method.
