Wok PRO W-300 3 BURNERS WT-300 Mainho
Built entirely in 2.5mm thick 18/10 stainless steel, MAINHO woks have 1 or more high-efficiency burners controlled by precise and robust gas taps and secured by thermocouple and a pilot light.
The upper plane of the burner block in 3 mm thick 18/8 stainless steel is reinforced by internal uprights. Each burner, with a power of 12 or 18 kW, is optimized to generate concentric flames and give a modulated heat, ideal for this type of cooking.
The quality of the flames, oriented vertically to precisely heat the center of the Wok stove, offers a comfort of use appreciated by chefs. The 18/8 stainless steel wok rings are stabilized on the upper "bathtub type" plate thanks to dedicated locations sufficiently raised to allow quick and easy cleaning. A channel on its surface promotes the flow of cooking juices at the end of which a chute allows the recovery of waste.
