Gas burner for heating or boiling tank for brewers. Burners recommended for the hotel and catering industry, the artisanal food industry, prepared dishes such as paellas, the manufacture of artisanal beers and liqueurs, the distillery of aromatic plants, the beekeeping industry or agricultural production.

This burner is equipped with a frame with adjustable feet. The hyper-resistant structure has removable support legs. A double stabilizing and compensating chamber of the gas/air mixture allows direct and rapid heat (heating time table).

• 1 gas ramp (Ø 600mm, with 400mm ring)

• Maximum power 60.1kw. Burner diameter, 90 cm.

Recommended diameter of the giant paella pan:

• 2 Rings lit, 115 to 130 cm Capacity 500 l
• 3 Rings lit, 130 to 160 cm. Capacity 900 l

Indoor use:

A safety valve with integrated thermocouple on each element with a power of 2Kw each allows safe use in a closed but ventilated room.

Natural Gas Supply:
- Assembly with 3/4 gas manifold or manifold and flexible hose (option)

Propane Gas Supply:
- Assembly with 6 kg/h 50 mbar propane regulator + flexible hose (option)

BREWERY - Burner for craft beer production tank between 500 and 900 liters.

The DIN GAZ 61.1 standard has become an NF standard called NF DTU 61.1, broken down into 4 parts instead of the initial 6.

Copper crimp fittings are permitted on gas installations.
