Professional scraper for grill cooking plate - LACOR

Special scraper for surfacing cast iron or stainless steel griddles. This scraper, made in one piece, ergonomic, and extended by an interchangeable LACOR HSS tungsten carbide blade.

Ideal for removing grease and carbon layers from burnt-on foods. This scraper can also be used to resurface damaged or oxidized griddles and fry-tops.

Note: This utensil can be used when the hob is heated to high temperatures without the risk of splashing thanks to the protection on the top of the blade.
