Cast Iron Hob Scraper - MAINHO

Scraper or rasqueta specially designed for cleaning cast iron cooking plates.

This utensil, essential for cleaning and scraping residues deposited during successive cooking, can also be used as a dough cutter for pizza makers or pastry chefs. It is easy to store and always remains available to the cook.

Note: The use of this scraper is recommended when the hob has reached a temperature of 70°C. If necessary, a small spray with MAINHO degreaser can remove any traces of carbon remaining on the surface of the hob.
