New Blued steel cooking plate for ECO MAINHO series plancha
You have just cleaned and sanded the plate of your plancha but you are not satisfied with the result. The new blued steel plate is the solution to your problem.
Of superior quality, the MAINHO cooking plate in blued steel (heat treatment by cementation) will make your plancha the ideal equipment for your grills.
- The 2 pins which supported the juice recovery gutter have been replaced by a support fixed to the chassis.
- Considered the least conductive of metals, stainless steel hotplates are banned by catering professionals. Its reactions to temperature shocks are unpredictable and acidic cooking juices denature this metal. A stainless steel metal plate deforms when heated and becomes stained over time. Food tends to stick more than on other metals. Finally, its price remains prohibitive for the same thickness.
