The ALFA FORNI professional pizza peel allows you to put the pizza in the baking oven. This pizza peel is perforated to remove excess flour from under the dough. Thanks to the extendable handle, the pizza peel can be used in different lengths from 95 cm to 145 cm. Tubular handles and extensions in anodized aluminum.
