RAPIDO plancha to be placed on a gas burner for chassis

This authentic AS7G cast aluminum food grade plancha , genuine from the Basque country, does not rust. Other advantages: the possibility of cooking simultaneously (meat and vegetables for example) and the possibility of using this cooking plate as a cutting surface. The food stays hot and the knife blade does not become blunt.
With a thickness of more than 10 mm with 20 mm edges, the RAPIDO plancha heats up very quickly (less than 5 minutes) to its ideal temperature of 270°C.
