The Mainho ECOEM -90 CD electric griddle is equipped with a 60 micron hard chrome cast iron cooking plate, 3 very precise power variators with integrated switches. It also has a removable grease collector on the front.

Criteria determining the choice of your plancha:
2°- Accuracy of the plate temperature setting.
3°- Report: Mass of the plate / time of setting at t° > 270°C minimum = (between 5 and 8)
4°- Equipment options and warranty.
Important: Before lowering the lid to the low position or placing the removable cover on the cooking plate, it is strongly recommended to turn off the plancha.
(The risk of overheating, in this case, would irreparably damage the hob.
Use of stainless steel containers:
When using stainless steel pots and pans on a hard chrome cooktop, you should follow a few rules:
Cast iron treated with 60 or 96µ hard chrome, although very resistant to thermal shocks, must not be subjected to mechanical shocks.
The area reserved for conduction heating must not be at a temperature higher than 180°C.
