Plancha NS -60N Rectified Steel 12 mm series NOVO SNACK - MAINHO

A 12 mm rectified steel plate and a grease collection drawer for easy cleaning make this plancha the most efficient product in its range and thus allows professional use without loss of temperature.
The food is immediately seared on the plate maintained at the ideal temperature of 270°C.
The ground steel cast iron plate can be used as a cutting surface (technique of rolling the cutting edge on the plate) and the use of a scraper to detach the food is recommended.
Cleaning by thermal shock of ice cubes or vinegar water is authorized. The front collection drawer is dishwasher safe.

Criteria determining the choice of your plancha:

1°- The quality of the metal of the cooking plate used. (ISO TC-186 corrosion test)
2°- Accuracy of the plate temperature setting.
3°- Report: Mass of the plate / time of setting at t° > 270°C minimum = (between 5 and 8)
4°- Equipment options and warranty

Optional:

TB-60 tilting stainless steel cover fixed to the chassis using screws + nuts

  • Advantage: always available to protect the cooking plate from the elements, provides space for keeping warm, finishing cooking vegetables (e.g.), protecting the back of the plancha during grilling (e.g. a plaster)

TA-60 removable stainless steel cover

  • Advantage: can be installed and removed in one go to be stored separately and always stay clean. All-stainless steel hood that gives your kitchen, at the end of service, the pleasure of perfect work.

Important: Before lowering the lid to the low position or placing the removable cover on the cooking plate, it is strongly recommended to turn off the plancha. The risk of overheating, in this case, would irreparably damage the cooking plate.
