Easy to prepare and clean, the 15 mm thick rectified cast iron cooking plate of the NS F-60 plancha delights the most demanding chefs. This plancha gives you the possibility of grilling in quantity and in quality while simmering your preparation in a saucepan. The very precise settings of the 2 cooking zones are made simply thanks to 2 control knobs accessible at your fingertips. Commissioning is simple and secured by thermocouple. 2 thermostatic probes regulate automatically the temperature below 320°C . A real 18/8 stainless steel protective hood keeps food warm at the end of cooking. Vegetables are cooked and grilled at the same time.
