Professional griddle with a semi-grooved, hard-chromed cast iron plate with a thickness of 15 mm. The 40 mm edges are welded to the cooking plate by robot. A grease collection drawer for easy cleaning is located on the front face.
This product, the most efficient in its range, allows professional use without loss of temperature. Food is immediately seared on the plate maintained at the ideal temperature of 270°C.

3°- Report: Mass of the plate / time of setting at t° > 270°C minimum = (between 5 and 8)
