Professional stainless steel grill or barbecue with refractory lava stones, consisting of 2 stainless steel grids, adjustable in height using 2 bakelite handles. The 2 stainless steel grids, with a V-shaped section, allow the recovery of cooking juices during grilling. in the front bin, which prevents harmful fumes.
On the bottom of the appliance, to enhance the flavors of the food, we place wood chips (for example) ready to release their essence on the cleanliness tray, through the grids.
