Etxekoa means "seasoning of the house" in Basque. It is a unique and essential seasoning for plancha cooking. This traditional and artisanal sauce, the fruit of many years of experience of Christophe Verrière, is made and bottled in the heart from the Basque country between sea and mountains. A clever mix of vinegar, oil, fresh Espelette AOP pepper, garlic and herbs. Xipister Etxekoa can now be found in restaurant kitchens and the best shops from the Basque Country and elsewhere. The Xipister Etxekoa and the laboratory in which it is manufactured meet the Quality Requirements Relating to the standards in force. They benefit from controls and quality certification issued by CEFAQ and the Laboratoire des Pyrénées.
