The production of Aroden extra virgin olive oil is carried out exclusively with healthy and carefully selected olives, from the Picuda, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties, carefully collected from olive trees – many of which are centuries old – in protected properties, with an ancient olive-growing tradition that bring the harvest directly to our mills.

These olive groves are mostly owned by families associated with Aroden who have a rich and exceptional knowledge of olive growing and olive production, forged through years of uninterrupted cultivation, which has been maintained from generation to generation.
