Teppanyaki M3000TS Mobile Line Jaksch

The TEPPAN YAKI is a Japanese grill for cooking, simmering, grilling and flambéing. Made of solid stainless steel, it allows the cooking of any food usually cooked in a frying pan without adding fat during cooking.
Just brush the Japanese grill with a little seed oil using absorbent paper when starting. These oils have the property of resisting very high temperatures.
With its two cooking zones (one at the front and one at the back) which can be adjusted separately from 50°C to 250°C, it is possible to sear food very quickly or simmer it.
Its precise thermostat allows:

  • 250°C to quickly sear food and “caramelize” it (transformation of starches contained in meat and fish into sugar)
  • 150°C to cook gently
  • 90°C to keep warm
  • After humidification, the bell allows the vegetables to be stewed and to keep all their crunchiness.

This “instant” cooking method allows the juices and flavors to be retained inside the products, which prevents the release of smoke usually caused by water vapor and fats.

It is advisable to use grapeseed oil sparingly before cooking.
The gutter around the perimeter allows cooking juices to be collected during cooking, thus avoiding harmful carbon residues.
At the end of cooking, a simple deglazing (with ice cubes, lemon juice or sparkling water) allows you to effectively clean the grill.
Over time, your grill will take on a “noble” patina, a testament to your shared history.

Teppan Yaki Maintenance

Important Notes:

Recipes are generally easier to prepare with both heating elements. However, they can also be prepared on a single element.

Cleaning the Teppan Yaki is very easy. Just after use, when it has become lukewarm again, after removing food residue with a stainless steel spatula, clean the surface with lemon juice and always rinse with water clear.
Remove stubborn stains using a stainless steel sponge or other scouring pad. Always rub in the direction in which the stainless steel is brushed. To clean the control panel, preferably use a cloth soaked in dishwashing liquid and wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Never use lemon juice or a Scotch Brite sponge on the control panel.
We wish you a lot of pleasure in the daily use of your Teppan Yaki .
